Returns & Exchanges

Although we observe strict processes straight from Gardens to your Cup through ourselves & our intermediaries, we guarantee that your purchase is worth your money.  However if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, here’s what we offer:

>    Consumable items are not eligible for returns.

>    We offer returns for only Tea Accessories.

>    After return, the final return value will be provided as store credit.

>    The items must be returned unused, unharmed & in its original packing.

>    All costs incurred for returns must be borne by customer.

>    For corporate gifting, returns are not acceptable.

(Please request separate packing for accessories if you are not sure of!)

The items before it gets backs to us, remains under your due diligence and utmost care must be taken when preparing for return.

To cancel your order, send us an email on info@greenbrew.org  with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly. The cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. The money will be refunded to you within 48 business hours after the cancellation request subject to amount being credited to our account.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.
