Shipping Policy

    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays. However Delivery on Weekends can be requested directly to the shipping service provider once you have the AWB. 

In cases where we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be such significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

    Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to specific customs requirements. We recommend online tracking once the goods are shipped.

When purchasing a physical good, You agree to provide Us with a valid email and shipping address, as well as valid billing information. For the sale of physical products, We may pre-authorize Your credit or debit card at the time You place the order, or We may simply charge Your card upon shipment. You agree to monitor Your method of payment. Shipment costs and dates are subject to change from the costs and dates that You are quoted due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We use Aramex for International deliveries, and for local shipping we use services as per our discretion. 

Shipment to PO Boxes are not allowed.

Currently we don’t provide delivery to PO Box address.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 36 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

GreenBrew.Org is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 


Green Brew Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim. We recommend you to take necessary evidences such as pictures, videos to support your claim. In all such circumstances we commit to provide whatever support we can to solve the issue.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Important Notice: It has come to our notice that the Customs Department in Qatar, Italy, Spain, Costa-Rica and Czech Republic may have begun charging an additional amount as Custom Clearance fee. We at Green Brew work in accordance with the customs clearance departments of different countries to ensure that the package reaches you as quickly as possible, but in these specific cases, the additional charge will have to be borne by the customer.
