Shipping rates & delivery estimates
for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use Aramex for International deliveries, and for local shipping we use services as per our discretion.
Shipment to PO Boxes are not allowed.
Currently we don’t provide delivery to PO Box address.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has
shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active
within 36 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
GreenBrew.Org is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied
to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility
of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Green Brew Limited is not liable for any products damaged or lost
during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier
immediately to file a claim. We recommend you to take necessary evidences such as pictures, videos to support your claim. In all such circumstances we commit to
provide whatever support we can to solve the issue.

packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Notice: It has come to our notice that the
Customs Department in Qatar, Italy, Spain, Costa-Rica and Czech Republic may
have begun charging an additional amount as Custom Clearance fee. We at Green
Brew work in accordance with the customs clearance departments of different countries to
ensure that the package reaches you as quickly as possible, but in these
specific cases, the additional charge will have to be borne by the customer.
